We're thrilled to announce the opening of our 2025 Christmas Tree lot.

We will be open noon on Saturday November 29, then everyday afterwards until we sell out.

This is our most important fundraiser of the year and your support means the world to us.

Winter Market

On opening day, we will also be hosting a Winter Market on November 29. While you're out picking up your Christmas Tree, stop by and check out what our amazing Vendors have!

This is a 100% Scout volunteer run organization and all proceeds go directly to 31st St. Cyprians Scouts located in Capitol Hill

Available Trees

Douglas Fir (4', 5'-9')

$25 - $40

A Douglas Fir is beautiful Christmas tree with soft, shiny green needles. It may be difficult to decorate if the branches have been sheared into a perfect conical shape, leaving too little space between branches to hang decorations.

If this variety of tree is available, you might want to take an unbreakable ornament with you when you buy a tree to see if you can put decorations on it. Choose a Douglas Fir that is freshly cut and keep it well

Balsam Fir (6'-9')

$110

The Balsam Fir is a beautiful dark-green colour with airy, flexible branches that may not be able to hold heavy ornaments. It has an attractive form, it holds its needles well, and gives off a pleasant fragrance for your home.

Volunteer Signup

Call for volunteers!

The tree lot is the largest fundraiser for the 31st and is only made possible by all the families who have supported this tradition for over 60 years. This is one of the most fun volunteer events that you and your children can participate in.

It really puts everyone in the Christmas Spirit.

If you are new to the group or have not volunteered before many families enjoy this experience and make it part of their holiday tradition.

If possible, please select an empty Volunteer #1 Slot for your family to make sure we have at least one family for each shift.
If all those slots are filled please select an empty Volunteer #2 slot. Having 2 families per shift is ideal.

Please support our most important fundraiser by volunteering for 1 or 2 shifts. They are filled on a first come basis, so don’t delay!
