Registration nights are held in the first week of September at the Scout Hall from 7 to 9pm. Should you not be able to attend any of these scheduled registration nights contact
Scouter Garwin Hancock the group registrar. Please do not expect to complete registrations during regular section meetings, as this is disruptive to the already planed activity.

St Cyprians Scout Group operates section programs and group committee completely with the support of Volunteers. In general most Leaders are parents of active youth within the scout group. Each member family is expected to participate to some level.
The group must fundraise to remain financially viable. Major fundraiser activities are Scout Christmas Tree lot, Stampede Parade Seats, Bottle Drives, Popcorn and Cheese Sales.
In addition the group includes a Youth All Section Moving-up ceremony/BBQ and a Spring
scout week Baden Powell full sit down dinner. Please consider offering your
participation in these important activities. You will be asked to fill a family
participation form. This form allows your family to indicate areas you would be
willing to assist the scout group in this scouting year.
